How you can (and can't) use Peachy Designs clip art, courses, and design tools — written in plain English so it actually makes sense.
At Peachy Designs, we're all about helping creative entrepreneurs and hobbyists bring their ideas to life with beautiful, hand-drawn clip art and tools that make designing fun, easy, and profitable. We love seeing our art come to life on t-shirts, stickers, mugs, digital downloads, and more! ↳ To keep things simple, clear, and fair — here's how you can and can't use Peachy Designs clip art, courses, and scripts.
✅What's Covered
These terms apply to all Peachy products, including:
- Clip Art Club (including the Vault)
- One-off clip art bundles
- Layered and flattened PNGs
- Peachy Alpha Sets
- Photoshop scripts (like Alpha Edge)
- Courses (like Procreate Essentials or Photoshop for Beginners)
💛What You CAN Do with Peachy Clip Art
Allowed Uses
You're welcome to use Peachy Designs art to:
- Create original designs for personal or commercial use
- Sell finished physical products like t-shirts, mugs, signs, totes, stickers, etc.
- Sell digital products (like printables or downloads) — as long as you combine the art into a new design. It must be something fresh and original, not just our clip art on its own.
- Use our graphics in branding, marketing, or client work — as long as it's part of a new, finished design (see digital product use above).
- Modify, combine, recolor, resize, or layer the art to create your own original products
- Use with Print-on-Demand services (POD) to sell your finished designs
🚫What You CANNOT Do
Not Allowed
To protect the integrity of Peachy Designs and the value of our artwork, you may not:
- Sell, share, or redistribute any of the original clip art files
- Offer Peachy clip art as freebies, giveaways, or bonuses
- Upload Peachy art into Canva, POD platforms, or templates in a way that allows others to extract, copy, or reuse the art
- Include Peachy graphics in editable templates where users can isolate and reuse the elements
- Use Peachy clip art to create or sell new clip art packs, SVGs, or digital design resources
- Sell or distribute any single Peachy element (even if recolored, resized, or slightly altered) on its own
- Use Peachy graphics in digital products unless you've combined them into a brand-new design
🖼️Layered Files
Some Peachy bundles include layered elements to give you more creative freedom. But they are still considered clip art, not templates.
Not Allowed
You may not:
- Sell or share layered files in any way that allows the artwork to be extracted or reused
- Use layered files to create single clip art elements that are resold on their own (flattened or not)
Even if recolored or rearranged, these files must be used within a new design — just like any other Peachy element.
🔠Alpha Sets
Some Peachy bundles include blank alpha letters — designed for you to add your own patterns or textures.
You Can
Make alphas your own:
- Add your own fills, glitter, textures, or patterns
- Sell finished words or letters as part of a flattened digital product
You Cannot
Hands off the originals:
- Sell or share the blank/original alpha files
- Offer alphas in a way that allows others to extract, modify, or reuse the individual elements
🧠Courses & Photoshop Scripts
Your purchase of a Peachy course or script (like Alpha Edge) comes with a personal-use license.
You Can
Use it to do the work:
- Use the tools or training in your own creative work, products, or business
You Cannot
No copy-pasting the value:
- Share, resell, or give away the course content or scripts
- Use Peachy tools or training to create competing automation tools, templates, or courses
📝License Summary
When you purchase Peachy Designs art or join the Clip Art Club, you're getting a commercial-use license to sell finished designs made with Peachy graphics — as long as it's part of something new and original.
You CAN
- Use Peachy clip art in physical or digital products
- Sell finished designs that include Peachy elements
- Modify, recolor, or combine Peachy art into your own unique creations
You CANNOT
- Resell or share the original Peachy art files
- Sell any single Peachy graphic (even altered) on its own
- Use Peachy art in templates, files, or platforms where it can be reused or extracted by others
