No. Each workshop stands on its own and starts with a quick Procreate setup. If you're brand new to Procreate, Essentials makes the workshops go smoother, but it isn't required.
For Procreate Essentials and the drawing workshops, yes. Procreate is iPad only. On a PC or Mac without an iPad, Photoshop for Beginners is your way in.
Yes. Commercial use is included, so you can sell your finished designs. The clip art and sketchers themselves are for making your own designs, not for reselling as-is.
