The agreements you accept when you buy a Clip Art Club membership, The Vault, a Peachy Designs software tool, a course, or a workshop. Five sections, jump straight to what you need.
If you become a member of Peachy Designs, you agree to these Terms of Service. They cover the purchase of your membership and the downloadable content provided by Tyffany Hartman and Peachy Designs (owned by Southern Peach Co., LLC). By purchasing any products on Peachy Designs, You, the Purchaser, agree to the following terms.
Refunds
If you purchase a Peachy Designs membership, you will have access to exclusive, members-only content (including digital downloadable content). Because the product is digital and you have access to the content upfront, we do not offer refunds — all sales are final.
It is your responsibility to log in, access, and download the contents inside the membership site. If you do not log in or access the membership site, or if you choose not to download the contents, no refunds will be given.
Membership Renewal & Cancellation
If you are a Peachy Designs member, you understand that your membership will continue to renew until it is canceled. You are responsible for canceling your subscription by contacting us and requesting cancellation.
If you do not want your subscription to renew, you will need to cancel your membership BEFORE your renewal date, which is shown on your receipt. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your cancellation.
Once your membership account has expired, access to the membership and its contents will no longer be available. You are responsible for downloading any content you want PRIOR to your membership cancellation. You may cancel your membership at any time.
Product File Formats
As a member, we trust that you understand the difference between file formats. We offer high-resolution JPG and PNG (raster-based) file formats. We do not offer vector files such as SVG formats.
If you are not satisfied with this, we will not offer you a refund of your membership purchased for failure to understand that we do not supply members with SVG or other vector formats.
Right to Refuse Service
We have the right to cancel your membership and remove access to our site if you use our graphics in a way that is not allowed by our terms of service. If you violate our terms of service, you will not be refunded.
Licensing — What You Can Do
A member may:
- Use the graphics on your personal website or computer
- Use them in digital or print advertisements
- Crop the graphics, change colors, and overlay them with text or other graphics
- Make design prints for personal or commercial use
- Use the graphics to promote your own products and services on your website and social media channels
Licensing — What You Cannot Do
A member may not:
- Resell, relicense, sub-license, or redistribute the graphics without written permission from Peachy Designs
- Use the graphics in any pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous, or defamatory manner
- Scan, copy, duplicate, distribute, or reproduce the graphics in order for a third party to use them in any way
- Make the graphics available for download
Summary of Terms & Conditions
Peachy Designs is for both personal and business use. You are allowed to create products for sale using any of our graphics, as long as you don't sell our graphics by themselves. They can be sold in digital form, but you must add multiple other elements and/or text with our graphic to create a new design. Changing the color of a graphic and reselling it is not allowed.
The membership site contains graphics in the form of PNG, JPEG, and PDF formats. We do not offer cut files or other vector graphics. We trust that you know the difference when signing up. If you don't, please contact us for help before you sign up.
You may use our graphics to make a new design but you can't just sell them by themselves. You must add multiple other elements and/or text with our graphics to resell digitally.
You cannot sell products that include our graphics without compressing or flattening the graphics. For example, if you sell invitations and release files in PSD (Photoshop) or other layered formats, the layer that contains our graphics must be compressed or flattened and merged to another layer so that our graphics cannot be extracted and used by the buyer for another purpose. If you're not sure how to do this, please contact us for help.
We have the right to refuse membership to anyone at any time. If someone does not follow the terms of use, we have the right to cancel their membership without a refund. We also have the right to not allow people to renew their membership.
Copyright, title ownership, and all rights now and in the future, remain exclusively with Tyffany Hartman of Peachy Designs. Tyffany Hartman with Peachy Designs retains all rights, license, copyright, title, and ownership of the graphics and other files on the Peachy Designs membership site.
By purchasing access to The Vault, you agree to the following terms.
Membership Requirement
Access to The Vault is conditional upon maintaining an active Clip Art Club subscription. If your Clip Art Club membership becomes inactive, your access to The Vault will be revoked. Reactivation of your Clip Art Club membership will be required to regain Vault access.
Vault access lives and dies with your Club membership. If the Club lapses, Vault access turns off automatically.
Non-Transferable Access
Vault access is granted exclusively to the individual purchaser and cannot be shared, transferred, or sold. Unauthorized sharing of Vault content will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
Compliance with Clip Art Membership Terms
You agree to abide by the full Terms of Service for Peachy Designs' Clip Art Membership. This includes but is not limited to:
- Proper use of licensed clip art and other resources
- Adherence to the permitted use guidelines outlined in the Terms of Service
Refund Policy
Vault access is non-refundable. All sales are final.
Content Usage
Vault content is subject to the same licensing and usage restrictions as Peachy Designs Clip Art Membership materials. Use of any Vault materials for unauthorized purposes, including resale or redistribution, is strictly prohibited.
Account Maintenance
It is your responsibility to ensure your Clip Art Club subscription remains active to retain access to The Vault. Failure to renew your subscription will automatically result in the loss of Vault privileges.
Changes to Terms
Peachy Designs reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on peachydesigns.net/terms, and it is your responsibility to review these periodically.
Termination of Access
Peachy Designs reserves the right to terminate access to The Vault at any time for violations of these Terms & Conditions or the Clip Art Membership Terms of Service.
By purchasing, downloading, or using any Peachy Designs software tool, you agree to these Terms of Use.
This is a legally binding contract between you and Southern Peach Co., LLC, doing business as Peachy Designs. If you don't agree to these terms — don't purchase, download, or use the Software.
Effective Date: April 7, 2026
1. License Grant
Peachy Designs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software for your personal or commercial design projects. This license does not permit reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Software or any derivative works that include or are based on the Software's code.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All Peachy Designs software tools are the exclusive intellectual property of Southern Peach Co., LLC. The Software, including its code, user interface, design elements, and any related documentation, is protected by copyright laws and remains the sole property of Southern Peach Co., LLC. No ownership rights are transferred through this license.
3. Restrictions on Use
- No Redistribution: You may not share, distribute, upload, or make the Software available to any other person, server, network, or third party platform. This includes sharing login credentials or access links.
- No Reverse Engineering: You may not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, extract source code, or otherwise modify the Software or its underlying code.
- Single User License: Each license is for individual use only. One purchase equals one user. Licenses may not be transferred, sublicensed, or shared among multiple users.
- No Competing Products: You may not use the Software or any part of it to create, develop, or distribute a competing product or tool.
4. Permitted Use
You may use Peachy Designs software tools in your commercial and personal design projects, including but not limited to creating designs, patterns, graphics, print-on-demand products, or other creative works.
Each tool may have specific system requirements or compatibility notes outlined in its product description or documentation. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchasing.
5. Outputs and Ownership of Your Work
Any original designs, graphics, or creative works you produce using the Software belong to you. You are free to use, sell, and distribute your own original outputs created with the Software.
This does not grant you any rights to the Software itself, its code, its interface, or any proprietary elements included in the tool.
6. Refund Policy
Because the Software is a digital product with immediate access upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final.
If you experience a legitimate issue with the Software, you may request a refund within 48 hours of your original purchase. Refund requests must be submitted by emailing [email protected].
Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Peachy Designs. Upon approval of a refund, your license and access to the Software will be revoked immediately. Requests made after 48 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
7. Access and Account Termination
Peachy Designs reserves the right to revoke your license and access to the Software at any time if you violate any term of this agreement. This includes but is not limited to sharing, redistributing, or reverse engineering the Software.
Upon termination, you agree to immediately stop using the Software and delete any copies in your possession. No refund will be issued for termination due to a violation of these terms.
8. Updates and Changes to the Software
Peachy Designs may release updates, improvements, or modifications to the Software at its discretion. We are not obligated to provide updates, new features, or ongoing support.
We reserve the right to discontinue any tool at any time. In such cases, you will retain access to the last available version for as long as it remains functional, but no further updates or support will be provided.
9. Beta and Early Access Tools
Some tools may be released in "beta," "early access," or similar pre-release status. These tools are provided as is and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or unexpected behavior.
By using a beta or early access tool, you acknowledge that the tool is still in development and you accept any limitations or issues that may arise. Peachy Designs is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of beta software.
10. Privacy and Data
Peachy Designs does not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Some tools may collect basic usage data (such as error reports or feature usage) solely for the purpose of improving the Software. Any data collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Purchase and payment information is processed by our third-party payment provider and is subject to their privacy policies.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Peachy Designs provides the Software "as is" and makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding its performance, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose.
You assume all risk associated with the use of the Software. Peachy Designs disclaims any warranties of non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Peachy Designs does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems or software configurations.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Southern Peach Co., LLC shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use the Software. This includes but is not limited to lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, or any other commercial damages, even if Southern Peach Co., LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In jurisdictions where full limitation of liability is not permitted, Southern Peach Co., LLC's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid by you for the Software.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Southern Peach Co., LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Software or your violation of these Terms of Use.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes arising under or related to this agreement will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Texas, USA.
15. Amendments
Peachy Designs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on peachydesigns.net. Continued use of the Software after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
16. Severability
If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Southern Peach Co., LLC regarding the use of the Software and supersedes all prior agreements or communications, whether written or oral.
You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
By purchasing access to a Peachy Designs course, you agree to the following terms. Courses are self-paced digital products provided by Tyffany Hartman and Peachy Designs (owned by Southern Peach Co., LLC).
License Grant
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content for your own learning and design work. This includes the video lessons, written content, PDFs, templates, brushes, and any bonus materials included with the course.
The skills and techniques you learn are yours to use however you like. The course content itself (videos, lessons, written material, and any included files) is not yours to share, resell, or redistribute.
Course Access
Once you purchase a Peachy Designs course, you will have access for as long as the course remains available on our platform. We reserve the right to update, replace, or retire courses at any time. If a course is retired, we will give existing students reasonable notice to download any included files they want to keep.
If a course is retired or discontinued, you are responsible for downloading any PDFs, templates, brushes, or bonus files before access ends. Video lessons are streamed inside the course platform and are not provided as downloads.
Refunds
Because courses are digital products with immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

It is your responsibility to log in, access, and use the course on your own schedule. If you choose not to log in or complete the course, no refund will be given.
Single User Access
Each course purchase is for one individual user. You may not share your login, give out your access link, or allow multiple people to use your account. Sharing access is grounds for immediate termination of your course access with no refund.
Course Materials and Downloads
Any PDFs, templates, brush sets, or bonus files included with your course are licensed to you personally. You may use them in your own personal and commercial design projects. You may not share, redistribute, repackage, resell, or upload these files to any third party platform.
You can absolutely use the templates, brushes, and bonus files in your own design work and in products you sell. You cannot share the files themselves with friends, students, or anyone else. One purchase, one user.
No Redistribution of Course Content
You may not record, screenshot, transcribe, copy, or otherwise reproduce course videos, written lessons, or any course content for the purpose of sharing or distributing it to others. The course content stays inside the course.
Outputs and Ownership of Your Work
Any original designs, graphics, or products you create using the techniques and templates from a Peachy Designs course belong to you. You are free to use, sell, and distribute your own original work commercially.
This does not grant you any rights to the course content itself, its videos, its written material, or any proprietary materials included in the course.
Updates and Changes
We may update course content, add lessons, fix mistakes, or improve the course experience at any time. We are not obligated to notify you of every update, but major changes will typically be announced inside the course or by email.
Right to Refuse Service
We have the right to revoke access to any course at any time for violations of these terms. This includes sharing logins, redistributing course content or materials, or using the content in any way that infringes on Peachy Designs' rights. No refund will be issued for terminations due to a violation.
Compliance with Other Terms
Any clip art or design assets included with a course as a bonus are subject to the same licensing rules as the Clip Art Club Membership Terms. Any software tools included or recommended with a course are subject to the Peachy Tools Terms of Use.
By purchasing access to a Peachy Designs workshop, you agree to the following terms. Workshops are live (or live plus replay) training sessions provided by Tyffany Hartman and Peachy Designs (owned by Southern Peach Co., LLC).
What's Included
Each workshop includes a live training session (or sessions) and access to a replay. Specific dates, replay length, included bonuses, and any other details are outlined on the individual workshop sales page. The sales page is the source of truth for what is included in any given workshop.
Live Attendance is Optional
You do not have to attend the live session to get value from the workshop. A replay is provided so you can watch on your own schedule. Missing the live session is not grounds for a refund.
Replay Window
You will have access to the workshop replay for the time period stated on the workshop sales page. Replay windows vary by workshop. It is your responsibility to watch or download any provided files within that window. Once the replay window closes, access will be removed.
Replay windows are not extended. Mark the dates from your workshop confirmation email and make sure you watch or download anything you want to keep before the window closes.
Recording Disclosure
Live workshop sessions are recorded for the replay. If you attend live with your camera, microphone, or chat open, your image, voice, or messages may appear in the recording that is shared with other workshop attendees. By joining the live session, you consent to being included in the recording.
If you would prefer not to appear in the recording, you are welcome to attend with your camera off, your microphone muted, and to skip the live chat. You can always watch the replay instead.
Refund Policy
Workshop purchases are non-refundable. Because you receive immediate access to workshop materials, bonuses, or the replay schedule upon purchase, all sales are final.

Single User Access
Each workshop purchase is for one individual user. You may not share your access link, login, replay link, or any workshop materials with anyone else. Sharing access will result in termination of your access with no refund.

Any bonus templates, brushes, PDFs, worksheets, or downloads included with the workshop are licensed to you personally. You may use them in your own personal and commercial design work. You may not share, redistribute, repackage, resell, or upload these files anywhere.
Use what you receive in your own work. Do not share the files themselves. One purchase, one user.
Cancellation or Rescheduling by Peachy Designs
If we need to cancel or reschedule a live workshop for any reason, we will either reschedule the live session, provide an extended replay, or offer a comparable alternative. If a workshop is fully canceled with no replacement option provided, you will receive a refund of your purchase price.
Tech Requirements
Each workshop may require specific software (such as Procreate or Photoshop), a specific app version, a stable internet connection for the live session, and the ability to play video for the replay. Tech requirements are listed on each workshop sales page. It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility before purchasing.
Failure to meet tech requirements after purchase is not grounds for a refund.
Right to Remove Participants
We reserve the right to remove anyone from a live workshop or revoke replay access for disruptive behavior, harassment of other participants, sharing access, or any violation of these terms. No refund will be issued for removals due to a violation.
No Redistribution of Workshop Content
You may not record, screenshot, transcribe, copy, or otherwise reproduce workshop videos, replays, or written content for the purpose of sharing or distributing it to others. Workshop content stays inside the workshop.
Outputs and Ownership of Your Work
